Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders including for pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions, dimensions and images are accurate. Natural materials including solid wood, veneers, rattan, stone and natural finishes may display variations in grain, colour and texture which are natural characteristics rather than defects.
Pricing and Payment
Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges (if any) are displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are indicative only. Customers are responsible for ensuring products fit through entrances, hallways and staircases and that access arrangements are suitable. Split deliveries may occur. If delivery cannot be completed because of access restrictions, refusal of delivery, failed arrangements or incorrect information, reasonable return costs may be deducted from refunds.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership transfers once payment has been received in full. Responsibility transfers when you or someone identified by you physically receives the goods.
Returns and Cancellation
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products from delivery. Returned products should be appropriately packaged. Return collection costs may apply and will be communicated before collection. Bespoke or personalised items may not be eligible for cancellation once production begins. Nothing affects statutory rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect products promptly after delivery and contact info@malletandplane.com if there is an issue. We may request photographs to assist. Confirmed faults or incorrect items will be resolved at no cost to you.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be amended or withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise only one discount code may be used per order.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and activity associated with your account.
Website Use
You must not misuse the website including unauthorised access, scraping, malicious software distribution or misleading activity.
Intellectual Property
All website content including text, branding, graphics and imagery belongs to Mallet & Plane Ltd or its licensors.
