Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00pm (UK time) on a working day are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed:
- after 3:00pm
- on weekends
- on public holidays
will generally be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details where available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times shown on product pages are estimates and are intended as guidance only.
Different products may use different delivery partners depending on the type, size and supplier location.
Typical delivery ranges are:
In-stock furniture
- Approximately 2–7 working days
Larger furniture and specialist courier deliveries
- Approximately 5–10 working days
Lighting and home accessories
- Approximately 3–10 working days
Delivery times can occasionally vary due to:

Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order items begin production shortly after your order is placed.

Delivery

Back Ordered Products
Some products may temporarily become unavailable and available to purchase on back order.

Free delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses.
Some areas may require additional delivery charges including:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
- Offshore locations
- Selected remote postcode areas
Examples of postcode areas that may require additional charges include:
BT, HS, IM, IV, JE, GY, KA27–28, KW, PA20–78, PH, TR21–25 and ZE.

Failed Deliveries
You must be available to receive deliveries where required.
If delivery cannot be completed because of:

- refusal of delivery
- missed delivery arrangements
- inaccurate information provided at checkout
any reasonable costs incurred in returning the item may be deducted from any refund amount.
